Working with existing flooring and wall color, this College of Music Building was given custom seating in bright colors and textures. The seating was designed to be placed in multiple configurations to accommodate various events held in the space, and to serve as gathering and study space for students. Formerly beige sound baffles were replaced with bright russet fabric, bringing the color up to the second floor level visible from the mezzanine level as well as from below.
