The homeowner, an avid chef, challenged Ash Pierce Design to create more usable space without changing the footprint. The resulting design removed unnecessary duct work, squared off corners and moved appliances, creating new space for a baking center, generous pantry, and inviting window seat with storage. The custom walnut cabinets, natural stone and reflective backsplash tiles add texture and dimension to this working kitchen. Beautiful, easy to maintain cork floors completed the transformation.
