The owner of this co-housing condo was living abroad during the planning, design, and implementation phases of this project. Working from floor plans provided by the building, a custom space was created to suit the way the client wanted to live. New furnishings and finishes were enhanced with the art and personal items brought back with the client upon her arrival in Portland. Working remotely via e-mail, all items were carefully selected and then placed in the home, allowing for a turn-key experience, right down to the towels and bedding. A frame filled with wallpaper defined the kitchen area and provided an attractive break in an otherwise very long wall spanning dining, kitchen and living spaces. A stunning wall treatment in the bathroom can be seen both from the main living space and from the bedroom.
Co-Housing Condo
Peg helped me transform my plain shoebox of a condo into a beautiful, practical space that is a joy to live in. Her creativity is what has made the result special. She listened to and interpreted my thoughts and wishes so effectively that the condo truly feels like my own. I also appreciate that Peg was sensitive to my budget. She is highly professional, diligent, and a delight to work with, and so are the sub-contractors and vendors she uses. Altogether, this was some of the best money I've ever spent!
